SHIPPING INFORMATION AND COSTS
All our products will be shipped directly from Japan by the Post Office's EMS (International Air Parcel Post). All deliveries require a signature on receipt. The charge of the shipping cost depends on the total weight of your purchase including packaging and the shipping destination.
SHIPPING CHARGE
All our shipping cost will be charged in Japanese Yen together with your purchase cost. The actual price charged to customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

If you have any trouble tracking your order, email us at sales@KOROMO-JAPAN.COM with the date your order was placed, your order number, your full name, shipping address and phone number. We will check your order status and send you an update.
PAYMENT

We only accept returns or exchange any items if they are faulty or damaged. Please email us at sales@KOROMO-JAPAN.COM describing the condition of the item with your order number, full name, shipping address and phone number within 14 days of receipt.
